Hobbies

I have played the viola for the past 14 years and have been apart of several orchestras. I have had opportunities to teach and work with younger students in music. I also am able to play the piano. I would also like to tell you more about my work ethic. I love working with children and helping them in ways that make them learn. Children need to feel successful and like they are accomplishing something. I have found that encouragement is completely necessary, while also finding the drive to push them forward with engaging lessons. I like finding out what they really like and how I can help them forward. Most students either struggle in reading or math and there are ways to push them so they don't hate the subject or don't want to try. If I work with your child, I will do my very best to accommodate to them so they are able to learn their way and still feel successful. I will find interesting lessons so they are engaged. Finally, I will push them so they don't feel like they are struggling or they are bored, they will feel like they are succeeding.
